EN A total of six European tracks hosted 12 rounds of the UEC European BMX Racing Cup this year. Not only European riders fought on the tracks in Verona (Italy), Zolder (Belgium), Lempdes (France), Tiel (Netherlands), Ängelholm (Sweden) and Venice nad Jizerou. Several Czechs made it to the TOP 8 in their respective categories, including one winner of the series! Evropský pohár The winner is none other than Dominik Ráliš. This year, with the exception of the European Championship, he is having a great season and rightly got the start table with the number 21, which marks the winner of the European Cup series. However, he is not alone in the TOP 8 of the Boys 14 category. He was joined by David Lapka in fifth place overall, Matyáš Krnáč in seventh place and Alan Pětioký in eighth place. Elen Lapková placed fifth in the Women Junior category in her first year. Junior Viktor Oldřich Chudoba ended his career in this category with sixth place in the series. Jakub Skřejpek took second place in the Cruiser 40/44 category, Viktor Karlík finished fifth and Martin Barabáš sixth. This year, Pavel Smrček won the table with number 23, i.e. third place in the Cruiser 45+ category. He was joined by the fifth Robert Boček and the eighth Radomír Huf. Štěpánka Fremlová took fifth place in the Girls 15/16 category, and Kristýna Utínková took the same position among women 17+. This year, Tomáš Haluza placed fourth overall in the Men 25+ category. The Boys 13 category had two representatives in the TOP 8, namely the fourth Jiří Kabriel and the fifth Benjamin Fojtík. This year, Karel Štantejský took the overall sixth place among riders in the Cruiser 30/39 category.
