EN The BMX Commission of the Czech Cycling Union is organizing the second part of a series of four workshops, where it invites experts from the ranks of trainers from third countries. The commission wants to help educate coaches and team managers, who can use the newly acquired knowledge in the preparation of their riders. They will then more easily compete with their rivals in the world. On January 25-26, 2025, the long-time French trainer and former elite rider Damien Ethalon accepted the invitation. The main theme of this workshop will be physical preparation, mental preparation, technical skills of riders, marketing and financing of sports, the concept of training in France, nutrition. These are the same topics for all participants, the information obtained will be continuously evaluated and used for the development of BMX in the Czech Republic. Administrativa Saturday 25.1. 2025 Damien trains two training blocks. Let us be surprised if his reputation as a careful, perceptive trainer with a feeling for the riders is not deceiving and he is really a well-respected trainer at the international level.
