EN In the summer of 2026, the attention of the global BMX community will shift to Australia. On days 17-25 On July 10, 2026, the city of Brisbane will host the UCI BMX Racing World Championships 2026, the most important race of the season, which will feature the best riders on the planet in the Championship, Challenge and Masters categories. Brisbane will welcome the world's BMX elite The championship will take place on a modern BMX track at the Sleeman Sports Complex in Brisbane, where more than three thousand riders from all over the world are expected to participate. Australia will thus become the center of world BMX Racing for nine days. The organizers have already published the basic schedule of the event. The introduction will belong to the Championship categories, followed by training sessions and races of the Challenge and Masters categories. Each rider must have: valid national representative jersey, own functional timing chip, duly completed application form. Applications are open through the Czech BMX system until June 27, 2026. Important dates The expected joint meeting of the Czech expedition is scheduled for Monday, July 20, 2026, the exact time and place will be announced later. Further details will be published by the organizer after registrations are closed and the final time program is issued. The journey to the rainbow jersey begins The World Championship in Brisbane will undoubtedly be one of the biggest BMX events of 2026. Czech colors will be represented both in the elite categories and among the Challenge and Masters riders. It will be a unique opportunity for all competitors to compete with the best riders in the world and fight for prestigious world titles.
