EN After the summer break, we are back and the carousel of domestic races is spinning. The Hranice BMX Team Hranice took charge of two weekends in a row, when they first organized the traditional Intercup weekend mini-series and a week later took over the continuation of the Moravian BMX League, namely the 7th and 8th rounds. On the other side of the country, it was Bílina BMX Bílina, which hosted the 6th and 7th rounds of the Czech BMX League. Závody The Intercup race consists of two race days that count towards the overall standings. This race also includes a legendary race called the Golden Crutch, for both men and women. Veronika Gebauerová (Utopia bikes Zábřeh) was the fastest among women and Marek Dvořák (Laguna Cycles) was the fastest among men. Another diversion was the bouncer race, which enjoyed huge interest. The winner here was Ivana Studená from Hranice. The winner of the Intercup series in the category Men 17+ was Adam Hladík (BMX Dracing Team), in the category Boys 15/16 Václav Najser (SK Jantar Opava) won. Complete results available on the website in the Calendar section. Intercup welcomed 138 riders at the start, and a week later there were slightly over 200 standing in the Moravian League. The agreement of the locals with the weather more or less worked and it only rained during the night from Saturday to Sunday. The start of the race on Sunday was slightly delayed to give the surface enough time to dry. Then nothing prevented the start of Sunday's race. The next race was also the bouncers, and we wish that these youngest competitors will eventually change their machines to bicross bikes. The winners of the Men 17+ category were the riders of the Bike team Uničov. On Saturday, Adam Bábek rejoiced at the victory, on Sunday Vít Stloukal. The Boys 15/16 category also had two winners, namely Saturday's Sebastián Šácha (Tufír team) and Sunday's Václav Najser (SK Jantar Opava). Participation in the Czech League competitions in Bílina was smaller compared to the Moravian League in Hranice. Over 100 riders lined up for the start in Bílina. Today, the clay turns are no longer an attraction, however, the people of Bílin are already preparing to improve the track in the form of paving both clay turns and rebuilding the finish line. The participation of riders in the Men 17+ category was very low and Matěj Chalupný (Bike team Uničov) won on both days. On the other hand, the occupancy in the Boys 15/16 category was quite large. On Saturday, Matěj Pavka (BMX Krupka) won after the chase, and on Sunday Ondřej Hendrych (SC BMX Venátky) won. Complete results from all races are available on the website in the Calendar section. The final two rounds of the UEC European Cup in Venátky nad Jizerou await us this coming weekend.
