EN Administrativa As many of you have already noticed, the online race registration system has been launched. This eliminates the often complicated registration through clubs, in addition, the deadline for proper registration is postponed. But what will the login look like in practice? Registration for the Individual Championship of the Republic, Czech Cup and Moravian League races will now only be possible online via the web application on these pages, for Saturday and Sunday races on Friday until 12:00 before the race. When registering, it is necessary to pay the entry fee online by payment via credit card, without this payment the registration is not completed. Registration is done in the races section, you need to click on registration for the race and here you need to find the riders who are registering and check the box for them whether they will ride on 20-inch wheels or the Cruiser category. On-site registration on the day of the race is possible, with the price of the entry fee increasing by 100%. Registered riders can withdraw from the race no later than when registration is closed, i.e. until 12:00 on the Friday before the race. Canceled riders will be refunded the entry fee minus a cancellation fee of CZK 50, by sending a payment to the account where the payment card from which the entry fee was paid is issued. If a rider deregisters after completing registration, the entry fee is not refunded. The exception is the refund of the entry fee for the Sunday race, if the reason for the rider's non-participation is an injury suffered in connection with the Saturday race. Riders are deregistered by e-mail to the address of the BMX commission or the address published in the regulations for the race. The entry fee will be refunded within 5 working days after the end of the race. For free races, the organizer decides on the registration method. If he uses the online registration system, he will be charged a registration fee of 5 percent of the entry fee. If the organizer decides on manual registration, the registration will be done by means of a registration form processed for individual clubs, which must be sent to the e-mail contact indicated in the propositions for the race by 23:59 on the Wednesday before the race. You no longer need to register on the day of the race, it is enough if the rider passes the start or finish loop during training, of course with the chip placed on the bike. Passing the chip through the loop is proof for the administrator that the rider has stopped for the race. After the end of the training, the administrator will check whether all registered riders have passed through the loops in the training. The system will evaluate riders whose chip was not recorded in training. They will be called by the announcer to verify whether the rider has arrived at the race or not, or to check whether his chip is functional. At the same time, the administrator will know whether there is a rider in training who is not registered for the race. I know it's a small revolution, but I think if we get past the labor pains and the system takes over, it will save us a lot of time. Morning registration is no longer required, and the administrator can devote himself fully to the preparation of the race, which he would hardly be able to do with the registration taking place at the same time. At the same time, I will be happy for any suggestion to improve the application, after all, it should make life easier for all of us. It is still under development, the plan is to implement the registration of foreign riders, automatic sending of confirmation of payment to the starting club, notifications, but also user registration, for example, so that riders can change their avatar.
