The first two weekends of October almost closed the 2023 bicross season. The program included the final rounds of the Czech League in Prague Bohnice, the Moravian Bicross League in Uničov and also the World Cup (Santiago del Estero, Argentina).

Závody

The Argentinian city of Santiago del Estero hosted 4 rounds of the WC. The Czech BMX team had Marek Neužil and Eliška Bartůňková here. For Eliška, the race in the Women Elite category did not go as expected, and she remained at the gates of the quarter-final fights. Marek Neužil continued his already successful season and was often seen in leading positions in Argentina. From Santiago, he took one quarter-final position, two semi-finals, and this year he also stood on the podium for the second time. He finished third in the 8th SP race and in the World Cup series in the Men U23 category he placed 9th!

The riders said goodbye to the Moravian bicross league this year with a double race in Uničov. The windy, but still pleasant weather for October attracted many riders. Just like at the MBL in Opava, riders could fight for an interesting financial bonus for the fastest lap of the day. The best time on both days belonged to the local Matěj Linhart, who appeared on the racing scene after a longer break. Results from both days are available for individual races.

The overall MBL winners for 2023 were: Ema Mahdalová (BMX Team Brno), Vilém Trojek (Utopia bikes Zábřeh), Filip Bednařík (SK Jantar Opava), Matyáš Karel Klapetek (AMK BMX Studénka), Miroslav Dreiseitl (BMX Dracing Team), Matěj Bukva (Tufír Team), Petra Dreiseitlová (BMX Dracing Team), Adam Jindrák (Bike Team Uničov), Pavel Trubač (Laguna Cycles Team), Marek Nováček (Bike Team Uničov), Jakub Klement (SK Jantar Opava).

The Czech League was completed in Bohnice, Prague. The already typical autumn weather was varied for riders and spectators on Saturday evening, with the Evening Holeshot race. Results are also available for individual races.

A total of 8 races decided the overall winners, who became: Mia Roškotová (Bikrosclub Řepy), Michal Černý (SC BMX Venátky), Nela Krnáčová (Bikrosclub Řepy), Sebastián Štěpánek (TJ BMX Pardubice), Radim Průcha (Bikrosclub Řepy), Max Roškot (Bikrosclub Řepy), Tomáš Souček (TJ BMX Pardubice), Denis Krejčí (TJ Slovan Bohnice-BMX), Karel Dvořák (BMX Nižbor), Tomáš Lohse (BMX Bílina), Ondřej Souček (TJ BMX Pardubice), Tobias Bleier (Bikrosclub Řepy), Václav Veleta (TJ Slovan Bohnice-BMX), Adam Rauschgold (TJ Slovan Bohnice-BMX), Daniel Žalman (TJ Favorit Brno)

The last race left on home soil this year is the 10th annual Ženda race in Prague Řepy, from where all proceeds go to the oncology center in Motola.
